  1. Ola Steven! Here, How to bake motion capture "custom data" on Keyframes ;) This main idea can be applied on 3d motion tracked cameras, motion capture, 2d and 3d simulations. Thanks Tom
  2. Ola Steven! Remember, you can bake the simulated frames as keyframes, like in Motion Capture. Thanks Tom
  3. Ola Vic! Here the Tree thread with project which we optimized for fast renders using EIAS 9.X, please follow Thomo advices how to make really fast renders using Clip maps + GI. http://www.eias3d.com/forums/topic/5656-eias-9-optimization/ Any doubt, msg us Thanks Tom
  4. Ola, Take a look: http://www.cgchannel.com/2014/04/download-18-free-high-res-tree-models/ Thanks Tom

  11. Ola Thomo, Please, see in the preferences / search paths It's a new feature which force Animator choose the way to link previous files. Thanks Tom
  12. Ola, Btw: to improve shadows with GI engine use Color Tolerance with 2.0 or 3.0 instead of the default of 1.0 in animations. Thanks Tom
  13. Ola Vic, Search a free app in the internet named "rename it" for Mac. Thanks Tom
  14. Ola Vic! We will be waiting ;) Thanks Tom
  15. Ola Chip! As I wrote before, the new dongle, the black plastic one, only run Mac Intel / Windows apps, it doesn't run PPC code apps, it's why it's not running EI Modeler anymore ;( Thanks Tom
  16. Ola Vic! Are you using a special QuickTime compressor to render from Camera? If yes, could you try to render using .img and see if Camera Crash? Thanks Tom
  17. Ola Hesham! The link which I posted is all Mac 64 bits installers, Blair is working in the PC versions, they aren't released yet, you will need to contact him, to use a 64 bits Mac plug-in, you will need to re-create from scratch, adding the plug-in in the project and re-typing all parameters again, I doubt you will be able to create the project in the Mac using the 64 bits build and trying to render in the PC farm using the old builds, it will not work. Thanks Tom
  18. Ola Joseph! Never used, but Matchmover was the first 3D tracker I used, 1.0, EIAS can read the Matchmover result exported directly ;) Thanks Tom
  19. Ola Mark! It's only here for now! Blair didn't update his web page yet, these are the latest 64 bits installers which Blair wrote, he is working on PC versions. You can use your previous unlock codes to install the new versions. Thanks Tom
  20. Ola Paul! So, it's a DUO dongle too, it was supposed to run with EI Modeler, maybe the "Mac" side of the dongle which run PPC applications is not working fine anymore. The problem now: the rainbow DUO dongles (purple) doesn't exist anymore which run on PPC machines and run PPC applications like EI Modeler, the new DUO Dongles which we have are Mac Intel Only! Thanks Tom
  21. Ola Paul! Are you able to use the Dongle 6.5/8 in a Mac Intel machine? If you have a Mac Intel machine, install EIAS 9.1 and use the dongle installer, after that, plug the dongle and open Animator 9.1, please, tell me what happens. Thanks Tom
  22. Ola, Take a look: http://www.proviz.info/blog3dfreemodels/3dmodels-ikeafalster http://www.proviz.info/blog3dfreemodels/free3dmodels-ikeaapplaro http://www.proviz.info/blog3dfreemodels/3dmodels-ikeaangso Thanks Tom
  23. Hey Chip! You can't move the KeyTableMacX from the EI Modeler resource folder. Second, EI Modeler is not seeing the Eve3.framework, please, copy it to: HD / Library / Frameworks HD / System / Library / Frameworks See if it works, because the dongle installer should install it, maybe a permission problem in the OSX system. Eve3.framework.zip Thanks Tom
  24. Hey Joe! If you want to collect the project and send me, I can take a look too. Thanks Tom
  25. Hey Paul! Take a look inside the "resources" folder from EI modeler and move dongle key file to your desktop. Plug the EIAS 6.5 / 8 dongle and try to run the EI modeler. Thanks Tom
