Ola my friend Felix, You will be able to choose How many cores you want per Camera 9, so, you will be able to choose if you want Camera 9 pushing all cores or use Multiple Cameras 9 with Rama in the same machine. We have the best of both worlds. I can't share release dates yet, but we are in the schedule. The new features are in the desk now. ;) Thanks Tom

Ola DaveW, Im one of Reelmotion’s FAN, I have a G4 machine to run it with EIAS 2.9 :) About custom frames, its simple, select your Animated Effectors: 1) Double click in each effector (project window / Xform tab), change position key from Implicit to Explicit. 2) in the project window with all Effectors selected (which came from Reelmotion) go to menu bar / Animation / Fit Selected objects to curve - Maximum Fit DIstance = 0.001. Now you can drag around your animations in the timeline. This will force all curves be baked in Keyframes in the best shape similar with your original animation with one keyframe per frame, if you use Maximum Fit Distance like 1.0, you will have only a few keyframes.   10. Ola Phungus, Im having the “Invalid Time Values” error, I will take a look with Igors, maybe Zbrush changed a bit the MDD file format or have some trick to export, time to research. Phungus, When I convert the “SPhere”, it asks a Texture, Zball.bmp, Could you send to me? And What it happens in the animation? some increase of displacement over time? I need to take a look.   15. Ola Paul P, Only to let you know, I have a G5 which I installed EIAS 8 with OSX 10.5.8, worked really fine. But its not the same when you have a Mac Intel, :) Thanks Tom

  21. Ola Luca, 40min / 60 min per frame? Play with these settings: 1) GI window: Primary rays - 200 Color Tolerance: 2.0 2) Area Light Tab Primary rays - 200 (if you need more shadow quality, you can use 300) Secondary rays - 0 (only if you need you can use 50) 3) Photon Map Tab: Lookup Radii GI - 4.0 Direct - 5.0 Bounced 6.0 4) database window - 10.0 (double value of direct) 5) please, you these settins on all area lights which have Permanent photons enabled. 6) Luca, don't forget to use multiple render slaves if you have a multiple core machine. Luca, this will give you a fast baked map with quality, if you need more shadows quality and less "blotches" in the shading, increase GI window primary rays to 300 and increase Area Light tab primary rays to 300 too. Any prb, collect your scene and upload in our FTP, I'm out of town, I can take a look on Monday. Thanks a lot Tom
