vic3d
I have to do a lot of videos of roads and ramps full of traffic like the beginning of this video. But bullet just doesn't seem to collaborate with the path and ramp I draw. Please help, I have no time to spare. Vic.
RichardJoly
Why do you have only one wheel in the back? Can you post the project, I'll take a look at it.
fantomaz
Hi Vic, yes, please post the prj, i will also have a look. But first add a forth wheel, i think without it the plug will not work correct. Alex
vic3d
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jzjl8320z3asnpx/6P5oa3YSYn I'll add the wheel, but I really don't think that is the problem. Maybe there is an easier way to do this: what I need is to be able to draw the path in plan view, also use it to determine the speed with the path in the timeline. All I need from bullet is help so that the cars follow the ups and downs of the ramps, that is the part I don't want to have to do by hand. Also that the cars follow the path rotating correctly. I don't even need the wheels to turn, the camera will be too far away. Thanks. Vic.

RichardJoly
Sorry, I have very little time to test but I diced your road to give Bullet more geometry to work with, changes the friction a bit and limited the speed to 500 instead of 1000. The car is following the path more closely. It still needs a lot of tweaking but this should get you started... PRUEBA 1R.zip

vic3d
Is there a way to have the car just follow the path, rotating left and right and up and down, without using bullet? That would be enough for this project.
