My workaround for postscript fonts:

• Type your text in Illustrator or Freehand

• Save it

• Export it as Illustrator 5.5 file

• Import the file in EI-Modeler via "Import Postscript"

• extrude it, bevel it, make what ever you like with it

• export as fact

• import in Animator

This way you have much more control over the geo than the

import text in Animator. Of course its a bit more "work", but its worth.

It's odd, because one or two postscript fonts work.

This work fined in the old 2.92.

If it's a problem with everyone, then it should be looked into.

I have the same problem with the old modeler too.
