They're best seen if you only keep "Random Streaks" enabled; turn off lens flares, anamorphic and glows. Then boost the "Streak Intensity" up to 0.2 or higher. Thank you for your attention! It seems to increase with the lowering of the streaks sharpness but it could only be because doing so, there is more white to see it... Yeah, I know, it doesn't help you a bit...
