Parametric surface

We are doing a project on Nano particles and technology. I started to play with the Parametric Surface plug-in and can see a real potential for creating interesting shapes.

I am unable to render the shapes it generates. I tried inverting normals, nothing. Expressionist is in the project as required but no render. The only way I can render the geometry is to export it and bring it back.

Am I missing something?

If am I not wrong, its the only way, export and re-import.

Have done a couple of renderings with them and an animation and it is the only way that I know of, export and reimport. I saw a new video tutorial on Expressionist controlling Parametric Surfaces on the EI website.

like everyone said, you have to export and re-import, but on the export dialog make sure you check "add saved model to project" so it's only really one step you have to take. I think this was added in v8. Very useful
