Creating a wet stomach

I am creating an internal view of a stomach and want to make the lining look wet. I don't want super real wet, just wettish. Any ideas?

Also, I want to create some small veins with a shader. Tried veiny but that is for aliens. Thanks.

Appears weird, but I use Rocker shader from Konkeptoine to give me some “slimy wet” look, applied on my material Specular tab.

You could try the free Konkeptoine's Onsen shader.

Its just a matter of reflection. Just apply a reflection map, black with some white squares. Make the inner reflective and use the map maybe together with fresnel effect.
