  2. Hi need to realize some ancient Roman houses animations with large landscape, with mountains, many many trees. The animations starts from man height to aerial view. I can't use 2 simple cross planes with tree texture and alpha, because from aerial view, the trees are no realistics and are very flat. I think to use Placer Deposit plugin but it cause a scene with many polygons and long time render with GI and Photons. Any alternative idea? Vue integration need for future upgrade...

    Last works

    This is the my last works, all done with EIAS. Simple Camera Map for all scene, all chains poses with only morph targets. Global Illumination+photon map+HDRI. All EIAS projects with over 2500000 of polygons. Over 500Mb texture maps with 2-3 channels and multilevel. 8 slaves Camera render on MacPro 8 core 2,8Ghz with 16Gb Ram Frame time render: 2 to 4 min (depends of the view, reflections, etc.) http://www.vgd.it/scambio/rud/files/Centrax.mp4 http://www.vgd.it/scambio/rud/files/Hybrid.mp4 My goal was to use dynamics, but I don't had time to try Cloth with Rodeo. I will share my project if any other user can help me to add more realistic dynamic features.

    I have try instancer, this is powerfull but not permit to control individually objects instanced. I chose to do with bones and morph target, this is not right way and no fast setup but permit to control any object individually. Next I save FACT files for any morph position and open it in new animation project.   8. Is possible instancing objects and control individually any object instaced? I have to simulate a chain snow tire and is difficult to check all links in the chain or used for rodeo dynamics. I used the morph target, but the result is not satisfactory, the movement is too stiff and unnatural. I also simulate a steel cable without plugins. I can post some pictures and the EIAS project if anyone can help me. I urgent need to solve the problem. Any suggestions?
