Grid Snapping staying on

I have a fairly large interior file I am working on.  Unable to turn off grid snapping.  Everything I move always moves to the grid.  After awhile the grid snap will turn itself back on.  I am using the EI 9.1 and the latest windows 10. :/

tested on a new ei file with nothing in it and it has same issue.

Turn off the “caps lock” on your keyboard.

Caps lock = snap to grid.
