EIAS 9.1 Windows 10 Camera does not start (can't render)

When I try to open Camera or render anything in Animator I get :

Camera.exe -Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly. Click OK to close the application.

Dont forget to Run Camera as Admin and Did you install all four libraries from our download page?

Ok, I did not know that I also had to also install both 32bit libraries on my 64bit os.

The two 64 bit one were already installed.

So there must be some 32bit code hidden somewhere in EIAS that it link to.
