"Make image permanent" folder

Thingmaker suggested adding a folder for permanent images when the option "Make image permanent" is chosen in the preferences. Now these images are simply put in the Home Directory of EIAS.

And, please, ability to designate a folder for others that require images being in the Home Directory as well such as PixelGrains. ;)
