I am trying to use EIAS 8 with Lion 10.8.2,  I am able to do it in my iMac, but not in my other computer.  I have downloaded the patch.  I just copy it to the EIAS application folder?

Exactly.. if you still have a problem copying, please, download again, but in the new computer, because a copy from one machine to another can generate some permission problem.
