Skinning and bones

Hey can someone sneak a peak at this file of a simple strength map test.

I attached the bones in the project to the strength map (i think). I do not see any effect of the strength map.

I think you assigned the wrong map to the cylinder. You have Strength2 assigned which is a solid color. I painted on it and it worked.
