paulc Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 Just a heads-up for those that may be interested: Moi3D for Mac has been released. Going forward the Windows and Mac versions will be feature concurrent. http://moi3d.com/for...=MOI&msg=5191.1 Having used EIM I feel this is the closest approach to it, if not better, than any other modeling app out there. Also - the serial is the same for windows and mac so it can be used on both platforms. I had previously been using it in Parallels. Paul C. Quote
David Sander Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 Any chance of a run-down comparison between EIM and Moi3D? Pros and Cons? I'm going to download the trial, but even so is there anything I should be looking out for? Quote
paulc Posted July 17, 2012 Author Report Posted July 17, 2012 I'm headed out of the office right now and don't have time for a detailed response at this time but be sure to check out the following: PDF overview: http://moi3d.com/download/Moi3d-Overview.pdf Basic video tutorials: http://moi3d.com/2.0/docs/tutorials.htm More resources: http://moi3d.com/resources I purchased ViaCad sometime ago but prefer Moi3D over it. It's been years since I have used EIM. HTH, Paul Quote
