  1. Hi Vic, here's a series of studio setup ones to get you started. http://zbyg.deviantart.com/art/HDRi-Pack-1-97402522 http://zbyg.deviantart.com/art/HDRi-Pack-2-103458406 http://zbyg.deviantart.com/art/HDRi-Pack-3-112847728 Cheers Francois
  2. Ola Tomas, we're very happy to know that the Igors, the beta team and yourself are doing a great job, but c'mon, throw us a bone to chew on while we're waiting ;-) Cheers Francois
  3. Hi Jens, very good point you've got here ;-) Cheers Francois
  4. Hi Eric, very narrow view angle (like 1 deg or less) and far, far away camera position are the answer. Cheers Francois
  5. Hi everyone, you need to install the free software by Toby Thain found at http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/#filterfoundry You'll find a Photoshop Ei import plug-in as well as a Quicktime EI component that will allow you to see the image when getting info. Chers Francois
  6. Hi Anthony, your best bet would be a very loooooong telephoto camera angle, like 2000mm or more, and then adjusting the camera position to suit your need. Cheers Francois
  7. Hello everyone, very pleased to see Igors and Tomas at the helm of EIAS, sounds very promissing. Since it's wishlist season again, here's my all time fave: how about having the option to automatically assign materials upon importing an updated model. For instance, having the option to select an already textured model in the scene and assign materials to the updated one by matching object names. This would have to happen at import time. There could even be an option to select a material for new objects (with no matching name in the existing model). While I love the ability of copying and pasting materials between objects, when you reach revision 8 of a project you start thinking there could be an easier way to do it than just copy and paste  Cheers François
