  1. Hi Tomas, Hi Igors, While, in the process of minimizing the project. I tried rendering with only one "peep". The error didn't happen. So I made it about 24 peeps, This is about 4 million polys. Rendering this many polys made a single instance of camera divide it up into sections while rendering it. In the part where it writes the image to the preview window in camera, it get's done in strips. Sure enough, the final render had those errors in it. So I'm pm'ing you a link to a version of the project. As for the alpha/glow issue. I'll work on explaining that in a minute. Thanks!

  3. Hi, I reported this error before for version 7... I was told that it had been fixed for version 8...maybe the version I downloaded didn't have the right version of the shader in it. It is version 1.0. There are 2 issues: 1. The glow layer makes it impossible to export a movie (from whatever compositing app I try) with an alpha channel that is useable. 2. The second issue which is the real pain in the butt is that using a single instance of camera, I get shifts in the image like in the attached. Thanks!
  4. Silo 2.2 Zbrush 3.2 Blender 2.49b and 2.5 a0 (wait till the 2.5 beta comes out with all the features from 2.49 re-implememented...the new interface is niiiice....) Groboto...yes it's crazy what you can make with that...didn't know there's a v3 beta out...have to take a look... I don't do a lot of CAD level exactness, so this probably isn't much of a help to you...

  7. Ummm, since it's sort of a new company, might we expect an interface-lift? I'm really enjoying the trend towards 50% gray based color schemes that are easy on my eye's color perception. Rounded corners, don't necessarily need to make anything bigger, just softer on the eyes, and a little more contemporary. I don't write code, so I don't know, but couldn't we just change out all the graphics files that the interface is built with, I think you wouldn't have to change functionality to do that. I could be totally wrong though... just a thought, don't hate me because I'm shallow... :)
  8. Yeah, I'd be happy with a bridge that I have to watch my step on rather than having to go miles to find another place to cross..
  9. fbx export would make it compatible with more than just Blender if I'm not mistaken... :-)
  10. I know I sound like a broken record, always spouting off about Blender integration, but I think it would be a great help to be able to send EIAS projects to blender as well as import from blender.
