  1. Hello Bill, aRamp, aSem, aFallof, Storm and aFraktal works fine here in V8, on a Octacore render farm. Cheers Diego
  2. Привет программиÑÑ‚Ñ‹ художников, To be honest I have known the MDD format because the release of your plugin:blush: Programmers are artists who opened doors of creativity in visual artists:) Greetings to the "Serious User" Thank you very much for your support. Cheers Diego
  3. Hello to all, I can not believe how much has changed my workflow in a few weeks due to MDD importer, Now we can bring almost the work that occurs in C4D, Bones, Skinnig, Dynamics, cloth, Mograph!!! we can also convert any external OBJ sequence in a MDD data: One OBJ + One MDD file and in a very easy way, is a much desired dream come true! Here a little test that comes from Groboto through C4d. http://www.imago-d.org/c4des/groboto1.mov Thank you programmers and the new company directors. Hey Batoloco: please take a look at this thread: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=6373258#post6373258 Cheers Diego
  4. Hola Batoloco, I have read in other post that you are a C4D user, there nice c4d plugin that can convert a OBJ's sequence into a Just ONE .Obj + PLA channel animated, thats mean that you can bring your OBJ sequence into EIAS as MDD file (one .obj + MDD file) the plugin is: Bake2PLA from AixSponza free!. Really MDD importer has given another dimension to EIAS. I'm not sure that OBJ2Fact is the only way to import Obj's for MDD concordance into EIAS. Cheers Diego
  5. Доброе утро Igor, thank you very much for your fast assistance, I will put to work right now BolbMaker 2.3 Now I remember that post on EITG, oh, my memory I'm not so young:) Regards Diego
  6. Hi, EIAS MDD plugin has numerical interpolation, ie you can do it much slower without jumps, can also be frozen when you like with the wonderful animatable "Time Channel" you can even export a Nth X frames in the source aplication and then interpolate in EIAS the file takes up a good bunch less memory. Bravo guys!! Here is a other little test, with the exactly same MDD data than the previous example. http://www.imago-d.org/c4des/freezing.mov Cheers Diego
  7. Hello to all,:) I have trouble using BlobMaker 2.2 in EIAS V8, within Animator works as expected but Cámera closes and does not render. I tested in V7 and everything works well. The Version that I have is: 2.2 UB 1998-2008 Igor & Igor OS X 10.5.8 2 x 3.2 GHz Quad-Core please if someone found a solution, sorry but I have a bit of a hurry:-/ Cheers Diego
  8. Hello, now it is solved the issue of export of MDD from C4d to EIAS, works perfectly with Cloth, Morph and Deformers and all PLA animation. A friendly Cinema4d User made a video for me showing the process, I recommend downloading, you will be happy Tom:) http://www.orestisc.eu/mdd_baking.zip In "MDDIO configuration" had to check "Bake RTS" and scale adjustement to "1" in order to have a proper import in EIAS. And finally you can use the native C4D OBJ exporter as well. Here is the thread at CGTalk: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=6367678#post6367678 Here a little test with the results: www.imago-d.org/c4des/MDDtest.mov Diego
  9. Hola Igors, Thank you very much for your clarification, I will continue researching with C4D - MDD - EIAS workflow. I'll show here the results Diego
  10. yes, much better if it is animated, what happens is that I so long dreaming with falloff for deformers, that if they are not animated as well I'll be happy:) Diego
  11. Deformers Falloff would be really nice, they could be color reactive or have a streng map as the bones. Diego
  12. Hello Gentlemen, The C4d plugin "MDDIO" have also the option to export RST (Rotate, Scale, Translate), which is great for exporting animations made with Mograph. please take a look here: http://www.lovecraftforest.com/blog/2007/08/02/rotate-scale-translate-hike/ The animations made with mograph are essentially clones with animated position, scale and rotation . please take a look at some examples here, http://www.maxon.net/products/new/mograph-2/modynamics.html In C4d, you can bake the Mograph Module animations, and export via MDDIO. I wondered if through your plugin "MDD.plm" is the right choice to bring these data in to EIAS. Sorry I'm not very technical I do not know if this is possible or are too complex. Thank you very much for your interest. Diego
  13. Hallo Batoloco, first you need two free plugins available for C4d. 1: Riptide for OBJ export. http://skinprops.com/riptide.php 2:MDDIO for MDD export http://www.lovecraftforest.com/blog/2007...late-hike/ Have to be in the first frame of your animation, then export the .Obj geometry and MDD data. the scale must be the same, Translate via OBJ2FACT. Flip z-Axis + Join Vertices + Calculate normals. + UV's intact:) This process has worked well with deformers, morphs and clothing. I hope this helps Cheers Diego
  14. ЗдравÑтвуйте гоÑпода, Great!, it was a scale problem now it works perfectly, for now I have had success importing deformations and morph :) To import Mograph animations, I will need to bring RST data, I do not know if I can import RST via MDD.? Thank you very much for your help. Cheers Diego
  15. Ola Tomas, usually I have no problem with Objs coming from C4d , UV's intact through OBJ2FACT. but I have read that to export MDD is better to use Riptide (free plugin for OBJ export). To export the MDD I used a also free plugin MDDIO, the only one for mac: http://www.lovecraftforest.com/blog/2007/08/02/rotate-scale-translate-hike/ MDDIO have also the option to export RST (Rotate, Scale, Translate), which is great for exporting animations made with Mograph. This is all I know, I think if we can import Mograph animations into EIAS that can be very interesting for users, to add the Mograph animation power, (now with dynamic) with the rendering speed and quality of EIAS. Please if you can take a look: http://www.maxon.net/products/new/mograph-2/modynamics.html thank you very much for your interest in solving this Cheers Diego
  16. Hello everyone, I'm trying to import MDD files from C4D, whenever that I parent the imported geometry to MDD.plm, the geometry disappears, OBJ models are imported via OBJ2Fact. "Geomerty does not match with MDD data" Here a test with MDD file + .Obj + .Fact + .mov www.imago-d.org/EIAS/MDDTest.zip Thank you in advance Diego
  17. Hi Bill, Yes sometimes when you want your cycle to interact with other elements of the scene is really annoying not to see the frame where you are, in the preview mode you can see the corresponding frames, but when you stop you are again with all models in the same frame. I do not know how difficult it is correct that at the programming level. but if we could at least have a switch for play or stop the sequence that would be a great help.:) Diego
  18. Hello, I'd like a switch for activating and stopping the sequence of children. if the sequence is disabled then only see the parent and if it is selected then we see the sequence of children, of course this switch must be animated. I rarely need that the sequence of children starting at frame 0 and this leads me to have to plan the render in two or three different shots and if you have movies as textures you will need to adjust the start frame also:-/ a lot of extra work. I hope someone else makes you lack this, and can be one of the top9 Userpak;) Cheers Diego
  19. Hi Pakalolo, I'm waiting to see what will happen to Swage, Braider and Trestle, currently they have no web page and you can not even access to Brian's videos. I bought these plugins and few months later were no longer in the market, I currently use them for many purposes and work very well, but I can not imagine how to use them in the way that you say. On the other hand I bought Dante and currently can not be used in render farm because there are many errors, and so far there seems no plans to solve these errors, so I have my doubts about buying PlacerDeposit do not know if it works now. Many years ago I bought a fantastic plugin named "TROOPERS" from Endless Corporation, in the same line than Placer Deposit but also with dynamics, probably one of the best plugins that were made for EIAS inexplicably lost in the mists of time. Now I found a plugin called RiptidePro that export OBJ's sequences from C4d to EIAS and works very well with OBJ2Fact in batch mode. So I can import C4d-Mograph animation into EIAS. Please, do you have an example that shows the combination of Placer Deposit with Swage? thank you very much Diego
  20. I took a long time tuning the colors, especially whit complex shadders as NX, a-Fraktal or M-forge. A "Texture Filter" only with HSV + RGB controls will be fantastic, of course if besides can be assigned to the distance from the camera, or perhaps reactive to some color could be great. Especially with landscapes that usually take about ten layered shadders, and all you need is that the ground becomes little more red or green to fit better with the sky and the general atmosphere.
  21. Привет Igors, Yes! I really like the concept of "Filter" for textures, and if it can be applied to parameter like distance or height, can be extremely useful. Please if you need help for test it or have sample images count me in. no problem with time, all deadlines are met:) Cheers Diego
  22. Hello, Would it be possible to resurrect HSVFilter.shd? I found it extremely convenient to correct colors, if you have a complex material with many layers and all we want is that the material is a little greener, with HSVFilter.shd is corrected with a single click, instead of having to open all the shaders and change the colors one by one. ;) Sorry for bad English. Cheers Diego
  23. Hi Dave, Thank you very much for the link  Yes, the idea is similar to Instance but what is very powerful in "Mograph for C4d" is that you can add single effectors (random, step, delays or formulas), these efectors work in the same way that Mr. nitro in the sense that only affects the area where you've put the effector, and you can add as many effectors as you want on the same set of clones, these effectors make a very powerful tool for motion graphics design an also for FX. Cheers Diego
  24. Hello All, how gratifying that EIAS has begun a new path.:) The tool that I need more is a parametric animation module, in the same style of C4d Mograph: A module that can clone objects and position them in a Grid Array, linear or radial way. A module with the ability to animate the position, scale and rotation of the Clones A module that can accept random in rotation, scale and position parameters. that may animate clones through sine waves, delays and step formulas. I know that this can be done with Xpresion, but unless you're a developer this is very awkward to do. If anyone needs it I have all the Mograph for C4d documentation. Cheers Diego
