  1. Tried to manually place the attached components in Framework but Eve3.framework, Sentinel.framework, and SuperPro32.framework which have been sent to me, show as being not compatible (a circle with a diagonal line through it). BUT APPARENTLY, THE PROGRAM AFTER ERASING MY HARDDRIVE AND RE-INSTALLING ALL PROGRAMS, EIA IS NOT APPARENTLY WORKING - IT DOES LAUNCH. Will have to test a project within two weeks and let you know how things turn out. Cross your fingers. For now, thank you for your attention to this matter. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  2. Sorry, Still no luck

  3. The animator cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure animator works with this version OS  X. you may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.

I ran the software for the dongle. Tried to start the program and got this message. I deleted EIAS v8, restarted my computer and reinstalled the program. The same message reappeared. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

  4. Warning: This packages is incompatible with this version of OS X and may fail to install. Installing this package may damage your system, and the installation may fail. To stop the program and the installation, click "cancel installation". I did not click cancel and proceeded. In the end the installation did fail.

  5. I have tried to reinstall my dongle for a licensed version of EI version 8 and receive the message that OS X universal Dongle installer is first omitted and when double-clicked, the error message states: You can't open the application "OS X Universal Dongle installer app" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. Is there a workaround or an update to resolve this issue. If not, how can I get this program to work on my MacBook Pro.
